To complete the online application, you will need a few documents. These items will be uploaded in the application (.pdf or .jpg). These include:
- Copy of student's birth certificate
- Copy of parent's photo ID
- Any related custody documentation
- Completed Request for Records form (for grades 1-8)
- Copy of student's most recent report card (for grades 1-8)
A $120 application payment/enrollment deposit is paid through the online application. This payment is nonrefundable, and holds the child's seat while Messiah Lutheran School processes their application.
